Bay City Condo Investigation

This building is a two-story loft condominium built
30 years ago. The first floor consists of a hallway, bathroom, combined kitchen and living area, and a balcony with
sliding doors. A staircase leads to a second-floor bedroom that overlooks the living room, with 2 high windows.
The homeowner has had several unusual experiences
in the condo. She lived there for 4 years and the occurrences happened throughout her stay there. She reported
throw pillows tossed at the bottom of the staircase, glass bowls shattered on the floor, a CD player turning on and off by
itself, the bed-light flickering, a wet saturated circle 10 "in diameter found at the bottom of the staircase without
explanation, a cold sensation felt traveling up one side of the body and a picture sliding off the wall the middle of
the night. While talking on the phone with her brother in law she also heard a mechanical laugh and moo sound over the
line. Her brother in law heard a very loud popping noise on his end but did not hear the noises. The most interesting
phenomenon at the condo was the appearance of initialson a wall in the bedroom. The initials would appear in
the reflection of two mirrors. The initials would show up as her full name and her mothers initials. The homeowner
does acknowledge this could be matrixing and she spent a week not moving any of the items on her dresser to see if the reflections
remained. The reflections remained, but the initials changed.

Investigators at the site were Marci, Pat, Janice and
Danielle. The group noted that the residence is located within 10 miles of an airport and is situated along a flight
path. It is possible that tower to aircraft communication could account for the strange telephone phenomenon.
It was also noted that the broken bowls could have fallen from the dish rack from a strong vibration such as a slamming door.
The dishes would have shattered extensively from the hard ceramic tile floors. Investigators could not explain
or debunk the appearance of the homeowners initials or the appearance of the homeowners mother's initials. We also
could not explain the wet circle at the bottom of the staircase because there were no pipes or water sources at the site.

The investigators used digital recorders, EMF detectors,
a standing web cam, and digital cameras.
Weather Conditions: A steady rain, and all windows closed.. Investigators
thought they heard thunder one time, but it was not on the recorder.

why are you hanging around here?
We found several anomalous sounds on the digital recorders
that were not heard by investigators at the site. The also found some good evps. Several pictures of mist and
orbs were taken by investigators. Although the orbs themselves are not considered hard evidence, the timing occurred
when we got evp evidence and when one of the investigators felt a presence. The timing itself is worth noting.
